Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at sales.ecfashion@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted, such as for items that show signs of wear, missing parts, or damage not due to our error.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items cannot be returned, including:
    • Gift cards
    • Sale or clearance items
    • Personalized or customized products

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact us at sales.ecfashion@gmail.com to arrange for a replacement.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days, please first check with your bank. If there is still an issue, contact us at sales.ecfashion@gmail.com for further assistance.
